Cancellation Policy

The sacred land of Otter Creek Lodge is to remain free of drugs, alcohol & cannabis as well as other smoking products including vape pens. Please bring easy off shoes or slippers inside the community space. We love dogs but kindly ask that your dogs stay at home. If you miss a class you've paid in advance for, you will receive a credit for another class or offering if you contact me (by email to jim@herbcraft.org) at least 48 hours before the start time class. If a last minute emergency arises, please let me know and we'll work something out. Credits do not apply to the long term intensive course. If I'm hosting a guest teacher from out of town, I cannot credit missed classes because relying on registration is what guarantees I can afford to make those classes happen and cover the guest teachers travel & lodging expenses and pay them well for teaching. On the whole, refunds are not given, since in many cases pre-registration determines whether or not certain classes will happen.
