a systematic approach
to inflammation &
natural autoimmune treatment

People with chronic inflammatory and auto-immune disorders are increasingly turning to alternative medicine with hopes of managing or resolving these illnesses. Yet auto-immune disorders are complex conditions that can be overwhelming to patients and practitioners alike, and all too often, only one or two of many factors are addressed.

Our weekend together will explore how to recognize and address the role of diet and nutrition, gut health, latent infections, specific botanicals to regulate the immune system, and Thomas's step by step approach to reversing autoimmunity.

Whether you're a practitioner or someone looking for a more holistic and comprehensive lens to view your health through, you'll find a well reasoned and well researched perspective to enhance your view.

cost...
Cost for the entire weekend is $225 prior to March 1st.  Early registration will assure a productive, amusing and enlightening weekend. Registration after the 1st, if there is space left, will be $250.  Aside from the price break, it helps a LOT with planning and coordinating when people preregister early.

***Unlike in previous workshops, food will not be included this year (sorry!)

hours...
Friday from 7pm till 9pm-ish, Saturday from 10 till 6ish, and Sunday from 10 till 4ish (with breaks for stretching and eating, of course...).

location...
The class will be held at the River Hawk Annex in
Proud Lake State Rec Area in Commerce Township.  A state park pass will be needed if you don't have an annual.  If you click this link here for explicit directions to the exact building we'll be in.

lodging, local food & dining...
if you don't live near enough to commute each day, I've compiled a list of local resources I hope you'll find helpful with regard to procuring food and/or a place to stay.
